Dennis D. Leone

Biography

Dennis’ practice focuses on franchise, restrictive covenant, trade secret, and commercial litigation. For close to thirty years, he’s represented clients across the country in state and federal litigation, as well as domestic and international arbitration proceedings in a range of industries, including restaurant, hospitality, construction, aftermarket auto care, and manufacturing. He also represents franchisors in regulatory matters and the preparation of disclosure documents.

Dennis is committed to building long-term relationships with clients, believing that a deep understanding of their business and competitive landscape allows him to resolve issues before they escalate and assisting clients with the best strategies for their business. By staying attuned to his clients’ needs, he can quickly implement effective solutions based on proven strategies and best practices.
