Biography
Dan focuses his practice on intellectual property law, with an emphasis on patent preparation and prosecution. He has extensive experience working with a diverse range of technologies, including telecommunications, networking devices, mobile applications, sensors, optical and radar systems, and semiconductor devices. Dan is skilled in guiding clients through the patent process, from conducting invention disclosure meetings to preparing high-quality applications designed to maximize protection for their innovations.
With a background in civil engineering, Dan is adept at quickly understanding complex technologies, allowing him to efficiently address his clients' needs. His work includes preparing and prosecuting patents related to wireless communication standards, technical computing software, data analytics, network security, and optical performance devices, among other areas.
Outside of his legal practice, Dan enjoys reading, golfing, and staying active with his two sons.
