Biography
Daniel is a seasoned patent attorney with extensive experience that includes serving as in-house counsel for a Fortune 100 company and several years working in private practice prior to joining Dinsmore. His practice focuses on strategic intellectual property counselling, including patent procurement, freedom to operate assessment, and patent portfolio development for both foreign and domestic patent applications.
His experience spans a broad array of technical fields and commercial innovations that includes medical devices; fiber and film technologies; consumer products; pharmaceuticals; and various technologies related to AI, data analytics, industry solutions, and cybersecurity. Daniel has represented clients ranging from individual investors and venture-backed startups, to academic institutions and multinational corporations. Throughout his career, Daniel has built a reputation for providing strategic counseling tailored to maximize the value of client innovations.
