Biography
Daniel focuses his practice on commercial litigation. As a summer associate at Dinsmore, Daniel garnered experience assisting attorneys in all areas of case management and phases of litigation. He conducted research, drafted pleadings and motions, prepared and responded to discovery, and was involved in trial preparation and settlement negotiations. Daniel is passionate about the continued growth of the local business community and is committed to the representation of clients in a variety of business sectors.
Daniel graduated with honors from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University. At Duquesne, Daniel was a member of the appellate moot court board and competed at the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition, where his team advanced to the national quarterfinals and he was named the second best advocate in the country. In addition, he was the executive editor of the Duquesne Law Review, and his article discussing pre-dispute arbitration agreements was published in Volume 61.2.
