Biography
Courtney focuses her practice on labor and employment law. Her experience includes representing employers at every stage of the litigation process in all areas of employment law, including claims of employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or breach of contract. Courtney regularly guides her clients through various administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Kentucky Commission on Human Rights, and Kentucky Labor Cabinet. She also assists clients with hiring and firing, investigations, compensation, leave, handbooks, training, and other employment related issues.
