Dinsmore Promotes 21 Attorneys to Partner, Makes Board and Office Leadership Appointments

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP is pleased to announce that 21 attorneys were elected to partnership effective Jan. 1, 2022.

Many of the country’s leading corporations, institutions, associations and governments are increasingly reliant on Dinsmore to help build their businesses and manage their daily challenges. This is fueling Dinsmore’s national growth and the necessity for partner promotions across the firm. From the beginning of 2021 to today, Dinsmore has grown by nearly 14% in attorney headcount, and the 21 new partners represent a 6% growth in total partners to begin 2022.

In addition to the 21 new partners, construction industry partner Michael Paul has taken over as office managing partner in Dinsmore’s Denver, Colorado office, which was expertly shepherded by public finance partner Erich Kennedy from the time the office opened in 2014 through the end of 2021. Paul and his group of six construction litigators joined Dinsmore in Denver back in July, as the firm adjusted to the market demands of the construction industry in the Rocky Mountain Region.

Lastly, Boston Office Managing Partner Javier Flores and labor partner Johner T. Wilson III joined Dinsmore’s board of directors on Jan. 1. Flores is the former national secretary of the Hispanic National Bar Association and served on former Boston Mayor Martin Walsh’s Police Reform Task Force. Wilson is a fellow at the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity and was named to Crain’s Chicago Business’ Notable Minorities in Law list
