Christine focuses primarily on franchise and transactional matters, with a strong emphasis on contract drafting, negotiation, compliance, and counseling. She provides counsel and services for local, national, and international franchisor clients regarding franchise compliance, and prepares all types of franchise documents, drafts deal-specific documents for franchise transactions, and drafts and updates Franchise Disclosure Documents. Additionally, she provides drafting and negotiation services to business clients both selling or acquiring businesses in various industries, and provides assistance with drafting formal corporate governance documents for their business entities. Drawing on her substantial legal and educational background, as well as experience working in both law firms and corporate settings, Christine provides practical, business-savvy advice to clients across various industries.

After earning her Juris Doctorate, Christine obtained her Master of Business Administration from the University of Tampa’s Sykes College of Business. She applied these skills as the Practice Administrator at Tampa Heart Center, Inc., where she provided operational assistance, handled employment matters, and worked on managed-care contracting.

Previously, Christine ran her own practice and served as in-house transactional counsel for Checkers and Rally's Restaurants at their nationwide headquarters. As part of her in-house role, she worked closely with company executives, advising them on transactions related to supply chain, distribution, marketing, trademark, commercial real estate, franchise compliance, and franchise sales.Born in Londrina, PR (Brazil), Christine has spent much of her life between Iowa and Central Florida. She is bilingual, fluent in both Brazilian Portuguese and English. Outside of work, Christine enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, and exploring new restaurants.
