Her practice focuses on defending companies and named individuals in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, tort, and contract lawsuits. Chandler is experienced in advising clients and litigating employment matters, including those involving Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the National Labor Relations Act, state Human Rights Acts, and state wage-payment laws.

Chandler also has experience counseling clients through pre-litigation employment issues, conducting workplace trainings and investigations, and drafting employment policies and contracts.
