Chad focuses his practice on intellectual property law, specifically patent opinion and prosecution.  Prior to law school, Chad worked as a research engineer with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. As a law student, he worked with the Penn State Intellectual Property Clinic, completing patent drafting and prosecution work for students and local businesses. Chad received his J.D. from Penn State Law, where he was a comments editor for the Penn State Law Review. His comment, discussing patentable subject matter under 35 U.S.C. § 101, was published in Vol. 127: Iss. 2.
