Cedric focuses on estate planning and tax law. He worked as a summer associate with Dinsmore in both 2022 and 2023 and received his J.D. from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law in 2024. Cedric has experience working through the Indiana Tax Code as an intern for the Indiana Department of Revenue drafting memorandums of decisions for Indiana income and sales tax protests. He also has experience serving clients in the areas of corporate governance and entity formation.
