Prior to joining Dinsmore, Cara handled a broad range of legal matters for national and public organizations. This includes serving as in-house counsel for a national advisory, tax and assurance firm, and her work within a publicly-traded clinical research organization (CRO) for a prominent, national drug and biologic corporation. Additionally, Cara gained experience at a boutique employment firm where she litigated employment matters, including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and other state and federal employment statutes and regulations. This range of experience has provided Cara a full, 360-degree understanding of the daily and long-term legal needs of corporate clients.
Cara knows there is no one-size fits all approach to any commercial matter and she proactively works alongside her clients to thoroughly review and analyze each matter to best ensure her clients achieve an optimal outcome.
