Bryon D. Collier

Biography

West Virginia born and raised, Bryon represents clients in coal, oil and gas, real estate, acquisitions, and litigation. He serves as chair of the mineral rights service team at Dinsmore.

He has experience with M&A deals around coal and oil and gas matters, typically reviewing and drafting leases, conducting due diligence, and drafting transfer documents. He performs title work for coal, oil and gas, and commercial real estate clients.

In recent years, Bryon has represented mineral rights clients in more than $750 million in property acquisitions and over $1 billion in syndicated loan financings.

His love of his home state shows in his dedication to education in the area. He has spoken to Upward Bound groups, kindergarten students, and helped raise money for a playground at a local elementary school. He currently serves as a board member at Covenant School and is President of Hite Saunders Little League.
