Biography
Bryan is an associate whose practice focuses on commercial litigation. He has experience in business law disputes involving shareholder judicial dissolution, enforcement of restrictive covenants, contract law, FCRA, FDCPA, and FCCPA litigation, and US domestication of foreign judgments.
Prior to Bryan’s firm experience, he was a senior military officer (Colonel) and proven leader in United States Army with over 30 years of leadership and management experience spanning multiple organizations and agencies in the United States, Asia, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East. Bryan served multiple combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan as an Infantry Officer and paratrooper, as well as serving as the Inspector General of United States Southern Command, the Military Chief of Staff for the United States Embassy-Iraq in Baghdad, and as a foreign attaché in Brazil. He has extensive experience working with federal government agencies and Latin American countries.
Bryan is focused on US and Latin American business clients, while also supporting veteran small businesses.
He received his J.D. from Florida International University College of Law.
