Biography
Brittany focuses her practice on labor and employment law. She has experience managing all aspects of litigation, from initial research and pleadings to discovery, depositions, mediation, and beyond. Brittany also excels in counseling clients in pre-litigation disputes and current employment practices, as well as preparing detailed reports and providing strategic advice throughout the litigation process. She has a diverse background in litigation with experience in various areas including construction defect, professional liability, personal injury, commercial litigation, and employment claims. She has also served as monitoring counsel for high-risk cases, attending trials to assess progress and offer insightful evaluations on liability and exposure. She received her JD from Chapman University where she also gained critical writing skills as a fellow and teaching assistant for the Legal Analysis Writing and Research department for multiple years.
