Biography
Brandi focuses her practice in the regulatory and compliance aspects of health care law. She has experience advising clients on a wide range of topics including federal and state anti-kickback statutes and the Physician Self-Referral Law, HIPAA and HITECH, the False Claims Act, licensure issues, and Medicaid-related matters. Additionally, Brandi has experience providing counsel on compliance matters related to clinical research trials and academic medical institutions. In addition to her regulatory experience, Brandi often drafts and reviews contracts and corporate policies, amendments, and proposals for a wide variety of health care clients.
Brandi received her J.D. from Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. During law school, in addition to working at Dinsmore as a Summer Associate, she was a legal extern for the Kentucky Innocence Project and a law clerk for Legal Aid of the Bluegrass. She also served as a teaching assistant to the Dean.
A Cincinnati native, Brandi enjoys spending her free time watching Cincinnati sports, hiking, reading, and giving back to her community.
