Biography
Brad is an experienced trial lawyer representing clients in matters involving complex civil litigation and white collar criminal offenses before federal and state courts. Brad has a proven record of success with first chair trial and appellate experience. Brad also has experience representing companies large and small, as well as individuals, in a general counsel capacity. Prior to entering private practice, Brad served as a prosecutor and defense attorney in the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General Corps.
Brad also prides himself in being an advocate to the local veteran community and serves as the Director of Salmon P. Chase College of Law’s Veterans Discharge Upgrade Review Clinic. In this role, Brad works with law students to assist veterans seeking an upgrade to their negative discharge characterization from the military.
Outside of the office, Brad is a respected local community leader and serves on multiple boards and advisory committees. While he practices law on both sides of the Ohio River, Brad is proud to call Northern Kentucky home.
