Blaire M. O'Neill

Biography

Blaire focuses her practice on commercial finance and banking. She assists in representing lenders in connection with debt financing for the construction, acquisition, and refinancing of affordable and conventional multifamily housing developments.

Blaire received her J.D. from Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law, where she earned Order of the Coif honors, and served as an Admissions Fellow. She was also the Executive Notes and Comments Editor of volume 97 of the Indiana Law Journal, in which her Note, “Using the Internal Revenue Code to Limit Coaching Salaries: A Proposal to Bring Amateurism Back into College Football” was published.
