EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY - Type 23 – Beer Manufacturers in CA Renewal Fees Waived

The California Alcoholic Beverage Control is accepting renewal fee waivers for Type 23 Beer Manufacturers for a period of two years. If your license expires between March 1, 2021 and February 28, 2023, you can now apply for renewal fee waiver. This waiver will include Master Type 23s as well as Duplicate Type 23 licenses.  Please note, if you already paid your renewal fee, ABC will NOT provide any refunds, however a fee waiver request can be submitted for the 2022 year at the time of your next renewal date.

This fee waiver was proposed in Assembly Bill 83 and covered renewal fee waivers for the following licenses including duplicates): 40, 41, 42, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 64, 68, 69, 71, 72, 75, 76, 77, 78, 83, 86, 87, 99;, but has now been extended to Type 02, 23 and 74s.
