Austin's practice focuses on construction, business, and franchise litigation and transactional matters.

Austin obtained his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, graduating cum laude. While in law school, he played a fundamental role in developing and editing the inaugural edition of the Stetson Business Law Review, as well as participating in numerous other activities, organizations, and competitions that developed and honed the skills necessary to practice law successfully.

Austin brings to his clients a consistent attention to detail and diligence to ensure all aspects of a problem or matter are taken into consideration. In his spare time, Austin enjoys being physically active, spending time with his family and friends (including his dog, a chow chow), travelling internationally, working on cars, and reading various genres.
