Ashley is an intellectual property attorney focusing her practice on patent preparation and prosecution of both domestic and foreign applications. Her practice builds on her experience working with a wide range of technologies including wireless communication technologies, software, virtualization, machine learning technology, medical device technology and security, 3D printing, and audio output devices. Ashley collaborates with each client to understand their technology and business needs to provide comprehensive IP strategy that includes innovation development and protection.

Prior to joining Dinsmore, Ashley worked as a patent prosecution attorney at an IP firm in Houston. Ashley received her J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston. While completing her law degree, Ashley received CALI awards in several courses, including Patent Law, Copyright Law, and Civil Pre-Trial Advocacy.
