Ashley Task and Chandler Aragona of Dinsmore & Shohl will inform employers of the legal challenges with respect creating and implementing a COVID-19 vaccination policy. Specifically, this presentation will address how the vaccine coincides with various employment-related laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
