Biography
Arielle is a seasoned associate, focusing her practice on complex business litigation involving intellectual property, contract, and data privacy disputes. Arielle also has experience representing large national insurers in individual and group disability, life, long-term care and investment product disputes, as well as representing employers in labor and employments litigation matters.
With a keen eye for detail and a strategic approach to problem-solving, Arielle has established herself as a trusted advisor to her clients. Arielle brings to the table a proven track record of obtaining favorable settlements for her clients, as well as winning dispositive motions in both state and federal court. Arielle possess a wealth of experience in resolving conflicts efficiently and effectively. Her comprehensive understanding of commercial law, combined with her sharp analytical skills, allows her to develop innovative strategies tailored to each client's unique objectives.
In law school, Arielle served as the President of Moot Court Honor Board. Arielle was also the recipient of multiple speaking awards won during mock trial competitions and was a member of the American Association for Justice UW Law Mock Trial Team. Arielle was a managing editor of the Washington Journal of Environmental Law & Policy, and clerked for Judge John Ruhl of the King County Superior Court.
