Biography
Anne focuses her practice on the representation of businesses and companies, often in the areas of toxic tort civil litigation and regularly involving asbestos and benzene defense work. She represents a range of large and small companies, including those connected to the steel, power and chemical industries in West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Ohio.
Prior to joining the firm, Anne practiced for more than 20 years at Bailey, Riley & Harman in Wheeling, West Virginia.
