Biography
Alley focuses her practice on commercial and corporate representation, with an emphasis on commercial finance and real estate development. She works closely with lenders throughout the loan process, supports developers in every phase of their projects, and advises business owners in transactions of all sizes. After obtaining a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from WVU, Alley earned her J.D. from the WVU College of Law, where she served as Executive Article Selection and Symposium Editor of the West Virginia Law Review. A proud lifelong West Virginian, Alley is committed to equipping businesses for success in the state and beyond. Her background in accounting and finance enables her to deliver comprehensive counsel on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters.
