Biography
Alia advises her clients on trademarks, copyright and marketing issues. Prior to joining Dinsmore, Alia acted as an intellectual property counsel at a multi-billion dollar lifestyle brand and advised on all facets of intellectual property and anti-counterfeiting. In law school, Alia was a SJC Rule 3:03 Certified Student Attorney in the Intellectual Property & Entrepreneurship Clinic. During this time, she counseled entrepreneurs and start-ups on intellectual property and business law matters and filed trademark applications on their behalf with the USPTO.
Alia's background also includes working in communications and digital marketing for a preeminent hospitality group in Hong Kong and oversaw issues management operations for a major government body in Canada.
