Alexander F. Linser

Biography

A respected civic leader and attorney, Alex has built his career on navigating local and state, and federal governments. His understanding of government law, regulatory frameworks, and political landscapes makes him a strategic asset for businesses, organizations and individuals facing high-stakes litigation.

As the chair of the Hamilton County, Ohio Democratic Party, Alex brings deep experience in state law, election law and government affairs, strengthening his ability to counsel clients through high-stakes regulatory, business and political challenges. Outside of his legal practice, Alex is actively involved in the legislative committee of the Ohio Association of Election Officials and the communications committee of the National Association of Election Officials.

In addition to his many years of experience in government, Alex has represented governments, non-profits, and businesses in areas of municipal law, government law, federal oversight, litigation, real estate, employment, arbitration, and administrative matters. Clients appreciate Alex’s commitment to building strong relationships and the time he takes to fully understand their challenges and objectives.
