Biography
Adam enjoys the challenges and the diversity of corporate law and taxation. He uses his knowledge of corporate governance and the regulatory framework under which individuals and businesses operate to provide strategic business counsel and tax services to a wide variety of clients. Adam advises clients on a number of business matters, including contractual drafting and negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate formation and reorganization.
Prior to his legal career, he was an associate at a CPA firm in Huntington, West Virginia where he used his Bachelor’s degree in accounting to perform various audit, attestation and tax services. Currently, Adam leverages his background in taxation and accounting to assist individuals and their families with their estate planning and business succession goals, as well as represent clients in federal, state and local tax compliance matters.
Born and raised in Huntington, West Virginia, Adam is dedicated to the success of the area and desires to utilize his legal knowledge to help clients and their businesses prosper.
