Biography
Adam is a transactional attorney who focuses his practice on real estate transactions, commercial finance, and employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs).
He frequently assists clients in the acquisition, sale, and leasing of real estate, and is adept at addressing and explaining the various complex or customary issues that arise with each unique deal. He has handled matters relating to a wide variety of real estate types, including warehouses, office buildings, vacant land, shopping centers, hotels, gas stations, industrial properties, mixed-use projects, residential developments, and condominium projects.
Adam also represents both financial institutions and borrowers throughout all stages of the loan process in connection with asset-based transactions, real estate financing, and loans made to ESOP companies. In addition to the financing element of his ESOP representation, Adam also represents private companies in their broader ESOP transactions and implementation.
